On May 12th, Berry GoodŌĆÖs agency, JTG Entertainment, announced the groupŌĆÖs disbandment. They further shared that they have been merged with Star Wave Entertainment. JTG Entertainment released a statement saying, ŌĆ£After a long conversation, we mutually agreed to let the contract come to an end and disband Berry Good. We thank Berry GoodŌĆÖs fans, Bery Berry, for loving and cherishing the group.ŌĆØ ŌĆ£Jo Hyun will continue working under Star Wave Entertainment since her contract is not yet due. On the other hand, Se Hyung will not be renewing her contract, and we agreed to respect her wishes,ŌĆØ they added. The company also asked fans to support and wish the best for Berry Good members and their future endeavors as they each go their separate ways. Berry Good made their debut on May 22nd, 2014, with the digital single ŌĆśLove letter.ŌĆÖ In 2015, when they released ŌĆśBecause of You,ŌĆÖ three members left the group. Soon, Seo Yul, Da Ye, and Seh Hyung joined. A year later, when they made come back with the song Since Glory (2016), Jo Hyun joined the group, and they became a group with six members. And in 2019, Da Ye left the industry, and Tae Ha parted ways with the group. In the same year, shortly after releasing Undying Love, Seo Yul, and Go Woon parted the act, leaving only two members in the group.
